
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
Salon Seventeen’s Cancellation and Rescheduling policy is as stated for All Services:
48 hours notice is necessary to avoid any/all fees.
If you cancel within 30 hours, you are required to pay 100% of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel within 30-48 hours, you are required to pay 50% of your scheduled appointment.
If you reschedule within 24 hours, you are required to pay 50% of your scheduled appointment.
If you reschedule within 25-48 hours, there is no charge.
For all New clients, we will request your credit card information at the time of booking your 1st appointment. Your private information is put in our locked and safe Salon Software Program in case any of the above listed occurs.
After your 3rd appointment we consider you a regular client and your card will be removed from your file as we trust in the honour system. Thereafter Cancellation/Rescheduling fees can be paid by phone or e-transfer.
